The CNC lathe technical engineer team will not only analyze drawings, part materials, tolerances, and special treatments (if available), but also provide optimization of tool layout and sequence.

Seeing is believing. To verify the model determination and machining time, we could provide the demo service to do a turning job based on the client drawing and designated materials. All the demo procedures could be recorded or via video conference.

Once we receive the purchase order, all orders will be arranged well to meet the fixed turnover time. The entire production status will be regularly reported to customers. During production, we will recommend the installation and basic operation of the CNC controller, prepare the machine for installation, such as power supply, workspace, and auxiliary materials (if necessary).
