2. Regularly replace the battery of the system for the machine tool, replace the desiccant for the electrical cabinet of the machine tool, especially before shutting down when taking a long break, do not forget this step.

3. Regularly inspect the hydraulic oil pressure, hydraulic pressure, and hydraulic impurities in the hydraulic system to ensure smooth oil flow.

4. Regularly lubricate or clean spring-loaded components such as range switches, knife arm springs, hydraulic valve springs, etc.

5. Regularly inspect the hydraulic system fan. If the fan is contaminated with too much oil, it needs to be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner. If it has been used for more than 3 years, it must be replaced.

6. According to the specific situation of oil contamination on the drive equipment, clean the oil contamination regularly.

7. For machine tools that have been used for a long time, if there is a long holiday, it is advisable not to shut down the machine as much as possible. You can simply take an emergency stop photo.
